Hey hi, hairstylist here. Ok let's start off with getting the package and unboxing: it was very nice. They gifted me a nice pair of lashes. A bit too rough for me, but overall good quality. It did have a slight chemical smell, but nothing a wash couldn't fix. I think this is a perfect starter unit. It's soft, nice length, and it's not too thick but not too thin. in general this wig is tight. I've worked with many wigs from many companies and this is definitely a 'gotta home both sides at the same time' type of wig. Here's some tips: wash your wig and let it air dry so it can show it's thickness. Also, avoid natural oils. I'm use to using almond oil in my units without an issue, however with this unit, it made the hair heavy and look nasty. I just washed it and it was fixed. Overall, this wig is very nice. I like it. It's definitely an everyday wig
