Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

If the incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause shipment delays or the package damage, WorldNewHair will be not responsible any fee or exchange requirement. Please double check the address before placing your order.

If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we gladly offer returns and Free exchanges service. Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is BRAND NEW unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 30 days.

 

Order Change:

The order can not be changed once the wig finished processing, so please email us for changing order within 24 hours after placed your order.

Order Cancellation:

The order can be freely cancelled before wig shipped out. customized wig can not be cancelled once processing starting otherwise 20% fee will be charged.

Exchange policy:

If your wig is brand new, Contact us by worldnewhaircustomer@gmail.com within 30 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Emails received after 30 days will not be taken into consideration. We will response within 24 hours on business days.

Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference.

For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.

There is no restocking fee charged.

 

Return Policy:

We would not responsible for the return shipping fee if you don't like the wig.

Customized orders

Customized orders are non refundable or Exchangeable. Please ensure you are fully aware of what you are ordering before purchase to avoid any disappointment.

 

Duty OR Package Lost:

The customer must contact us before sending the package to us for return or exchange since we will not be responsible for lost packages and we have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

 

How to return?

Step 1: 

Please contact our after sale service representatives within 30 days of receipt of your wig via email.

Please indicate your order number & the reason you want to exchange or return your hair, please attach any applicable pictures.

Step 2: 

After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return & Exchange address to send your unit to. 

Step 3: 

Please ship the hair back to the address we provide you, please include the order number. We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization. And please email us the return tracking number as you ship the hair back. We will start the process of refund or exchange when we receive the return package.
